I am a highly creative educational content designer with a proven success in using metrics to develop engaging learning programs with positive learning outcomes while utilizing innovative and emerging technology resources. I have a long history of building constructive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design and build content that gets results.  My true passion lies in exploring innovative technological resources in order to figure out how to most effectively propagate knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    My instructional design strengths:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    • Solid foundation in instructional design theories, methodologies and best practices, including the ADDIE model,
      adult learning principles, multimedia principles, and custom blended learning solutions.<\/li>
    • Five years of summative and formative evaluation experience with solid analytical skills to assess, determine,
      and develop recommendations to improve learning and the student experience.<\/li>
    • Educational technology expertise and proficiency in multimedia production with an emphasis in incorporating new and emerging technologies. Using these technologies to design and produce blended lessons and curriculum, instructor and learner materials, collaborative learning experiences, and educational games.<\/li>
    • Experience with developing and utilizing LMS. As a pilot member of the LMS development for CCSD, I provided valuable input for making user-friendly changes. Additionally, I created and distributed full assessments and individual assessment questions for an assessment builder. All assessment questions were linked to distinct learning objectives for accurate metrics tracking.<\/li>
    • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and
